I’ve installed the plugin and setup a couple of rooms but whenever I try to login I get an error message. Is this due to it running on a demo server?

What kind of error message you’re getting? Can you send screenshot?

I am using the short code on a WordPress page. I have tried various settings. Currently I have a page set to not require a password but I have tried it with a password also. When I enter a user name and click “join” I get a pink error message right above the user name. There is no other message. Here is a link to the page.

Edit the room & save. After that try again.

I just tried again but received the same error.
Is there anything in particular you want me to edit about the room?

If you’ve updated the plugin from older version then edit & save the room should solve the problem. Did you try with new room? If still problem then I’ll require to access your wordpress for checking. If you want to give me access then can send me email: jibon[@]mynaparrot.com

This is the first time I have tried using the plugin.
I’ll try to create a new room and see what happens.
If that doesn’t work I’ll email you my creds.
Would you need login to the WordPress site or to the actual server?

Thank you for email. You didn’t save settings after install the plugin. So, I went to Plug-N-Meet > Settings & save changes. Everything is fine now.

Boom! That did it. I can’t believe it was something as simple as that.
    Thanks a lot.
