Filter and Search in the ticket list of a user

    Is it possible to add filters for the attributes of the ticket list of a user (like the filters in the Ticket List of the Agents) ? I can’t find anything about this.

    Hi,

    It is not possible to use filters in the front end, but you can use any keyword and the filter will process and value of any field easily. Marking as clarified.
