    Hello,

    I have AST installed as well as TrackShip. We are currently testing the site so when I put in a fake UPS tracking code to a test order, the order status automatically updates to Shipped but the customer email that comes through is “Your order is now complete” instead of sending an email that the order has been shipped. There is no email being sent with the tracking code. Not sure if there is a setting we are missing? or the fact that we are using a fake tracking code which results in an “unknown” tracking error on TrackShip.

    Do you use any email customizer plugin?

    Yes because of the wrong tracking code TrackShip returns the “unknown”.

    @zorem Yes we are using Yaymail plugin for email customizer. The “Completed” emails are sent when the satus changes to “Shipped” so the test customer receives that but with no tracking code in that email.

    I just checked the Yaymail email templates and the Completed one is enabled. So do I have to disable this template for the Shipped/”In Transit” template to appear from TrackShip?

    Hi @cynthiafox,

    You will need to use the Yaymail Pro to add the tracking information in the Shipped(Completed) order status emails.

    Hi @zorem , I have the same issue. customer receive the email message “order has been shipped” but inside the email message the tracking number bar is not showing. it works perfect 3 weeks ago and I don’t have the Yaymail pro. Is it changed now and I need the pro version of Yaymail? or there may be another issue that cause this?
