You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button, then paste it here.

Additionally, was there any update right before the issue started appearing? It seems that there is wrong data being passed to PayPal from the English version of the site and that could be caused by a plugin conflict.

No special updates in the last weeks.

I’ve traced the differents between ES and EN version when updating the country and:

• ES version calls Ajax and requests https://api.braintreegateway.com/merchants/XXXXX/client_api/v1/paypal_hermes/setup_billing_agreement OK
• EN version calls Ajax and requests https://api.braintreegateway.com/merchants/XXXXX/client_api/v1/paypal_hermes/create_payment_resource 422 error

Why the same process (add product > checkout > update country) request two different paypal fonctions?

This issue looks like it’s coming from conflict rather than from Braintree PayPal. The error message on the page is session expired, which indicates that the user session is being ended as soon as the country changes. To confirm, when navigating back to the cart after the sessionl expired message I no longer see the trial product in the cart, which is an issue.

Could you follow the conflict troubleshooting guide here to test for conflicts.

As to why they are making different requests, different countries have different rules/guidelines and PayPal has different ways to request payment authentication based on which country is being selected as bank/card details will be from that specific country.

Do keep us posted on how the recommended suggestion works out for you.

After a lot of tests I’m finally 100% sure the issue is related with braintree plugin. As son as I disable braintree plugin (or I disable all braintree payments) the ecommerce works fine again.

So the problem onlye happends when:

• braintree plugin is active
• at least one braintree payment is active
• english version (https://architechtures.com/en/) , spanish version works fine.

Any help?

That sounds like WPML and Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway are not integrating with each other.
Do you know if WPML does declare support for Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway?
