Stupid mistake in admin – changed directories and can not log in

I was showing a colleague how to access the admin panel for where the directories are pointed at and changed the directories where my installation is loaded and now can not log in.

https://www.progamestore.org is our site and /press is the directory where we have WP installed

What would be the best way to undo this and be able to log in again so I can unscrew the rest?
