Hi, Thanks for your great plugin ??

We use it in our site to register some actions from our non profit volunteers and we want that they can view and edit their submissions.

We’ve added a new custom WordPress role (via role manager plugin) for these volunteers, that we called them ‘Delegados’ and the capabilities are well assigned, as you can see in the attached image…

It doesn’t works. Users with that role can view (wp admin) every form submission but cannot edit theirs. And, if I give more permissions to that role, every ‘delegado’ user can edit others submissions (not desired)

May you, please, help us with this issue?

    Thanks

  • Hey @fernandot – Thanks for reaching out!

I looked into the website, and it seems that you’re using the paid version of WPForms along with our addons.

I apologize, we’re not allowed to provide support for paid version on the www.ads-software.com forum. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
