    Hi author,

I’ve been using your plugin since day one and now find it even more useful.

Recently we had an issue with some returned orders, after checking the IP address, the same IP address was found, the customer ordered many different orders, using different addresses and phone numbers but They do not accept incoming orders.

I have an idea is to add a column that shows what orders this IP address has to make it easier to spot fake customers.

    Thank you so much.

    Hi @sachtienganhhanoi,

Thanks for using our plugin. I understand the issue you’re having, but filtering orders by IP is currently outside the scope of this plugin. Generally, the same IP could be used by a proxy or an entire organization’s internal network, so filtering orders by IP wouldn’t make sense in such scenarios, while still over complicating things for everyone else.

As an alternative, you could have an additional IP column in the Orders’ table to help you discern suspicious activity. At glance, this plugin might help: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ni-woocommerce-admin-order-columns/

    HI alx359

    Thanks for your reply.

Honestly, my fake customers aren’t very good about computer network. Most of them don’t know what an IP address is.
Furthermore, I see Woocommerce has stored the IP address of each order.
Is it possible to add an IP address column?

Possible, yes, but currently it’s outside the scope of this plugin. The other plugin suggested in the previous reply seems able to add such column among other things. For example, you may be able to sort that column and get a view of what orders are linked to a given IP, and act accordingly.
