    Hi,

    is there any way to reset all the settings of the plugin to their defaults without losing any existing tickets?

    Hello there,

    You can reset all the settings to default except the settings related to the Ticket status, ticket category and ticket priority.

    Please go to each settings and click on “Reset to Default”.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset all the settings at once.
