Bulk import CSV is not working

Hi,
I tried to import CSV file But it is not working. It is showing “Import in progress” for an hour but it is not importing anything.
Can you help me please ?

I deactived plugin Ecommerce Social Login, Social Sharing by miniOrange . It works! but I need to use this plugin.
