CSS and JS plugin files don’t load

Hi Johan.

I have a problem with your plugin on one of my websites.

The problem is that a cookie notice (banner and modal) doesn’t display as it should – just plain text under the page footer.
I found that there are no CSS and JS plugin files loaded on the website (I looked into the page source).

I don’t have any optimization plugins, “Do not include css, I’ve got my own style.” and “Do not include js, I’ve got my own script.” in advanced settings are disabled.

Do you know what caused it?
