It could be possible some third party plugins are conflicting but first could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello,

A way to check if there is something affecting is to switch the site’s theme to Storefront (temporarily), and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce. Check again to see if the issue persists. If it does not persist, then it means there is something affecting the normal behavior, you can reactivate the theme and plugins gradually one by one until you find the culprit.

The Meks Quick Plugin Disabler is a convenient tool in this case, it will help you to remember what plugins you currently have active, so it’s easy to switch them back on.

I marked the virtual field manually and the products were OK. My question is what problem could have happened for all the virtual products to be unchecked. I sent the copy of the status that is in Woocoomerce. I am waiting for an answer that can guide me why this happened. Thanks.
