Theme CSS problem
-
Hi,
I’m having few problems with my new theme which i’m creating.
1) Items on the menu, like ‘about’ ‘contact’ etc are stacked together. There’s no space between words. How do i put space?
Instead of ‘About us’ ‘Contact’ i am getting ‘About usContact’
Also, how do i add a ‘Home’ link before about and anything else so users can go to home page by clicking that menu option?2)I’ve styled my CSS to display widgets in the right sidebar but instead they are appearing at the bottom of the page below the content in the footer. What am i doing wrong here?
3) I had added a ‘skip to content’ skip link at the top so if someone wants to skip to main content directly, they can do so by clicking that skip link. Everything was fine before. But then i added a background color and a header image to my theme and now the ‘skip to content’ link has disappeared! I tried removing both bg color and header image but still can’t see it. How can it disappear now permanently? I never changed its coding…
How do i share my css file(s) with you? I know someone can help me only after looking at my coding but how do i show it here? How to attach?
Or do you want me to copy-paste coding here from my file?
How do i show screenshot?
