Still having problems sycing or getting dashboard to work

No matter what key I use to try and sync the cloud or dashboard I still get all the red X’s on the plugin interface, One message states I must renew while directly below it another message states I till have 11 months of paid service. While we did change the domain it should not be this difficult. One support message came back telling us we had a valid account but not how to link them or make them work, week lost now
