Product Images Settings Not Showing

Hi all
Before that i read hundreds entry in this forum but couldn’t find any solution
My theme does not change product image settings although there is a product image settings in CUSTOMIZE page of my theme. (I think not working)
As you see in this picture there is no DISPLAY item/settings under PRODUCTS tab/menu.
Hence many entries mentioned:
– changed my theme to default WP theme
– inativated all plugins except WooCommerce
– Deleted/disabled JQuery Migrate via this plugin
Nothing changed.
Any idea?
