• Hello. I’m using the WP Statistics plugin and I’m quite happy. I did a mistake, I migrated my WP installation to multisite and discovered that starting from January 3 (the migration day) the “Latest Search Words” stopped registering data.

I can see in the “Search Engine Referrals” that there are searches but I can’t find the details.
Can someone help me resolving this problem?

    Thanks in advance Stefano Chiesa

    Hello Stefano,

Thank you for using our WP Statistics plugin and for reaching out to us. We apologize that you’re experiencing an issue with the “Latest Search Words” feature after migrating your WP installation to multisite.

Based on your description, it sounds like the plugin is still registering search engine referrals, but the details of those searches are not being displayed in the “Latest Search Words” section.

There are a few things that can be done to troubleshoot this issue. One possible solution is to check that the plugin is correctly configured for multisite.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance, and we will do our best to help you resolve this problem.

    Best regards,
    Reza

Hello Reza, thanks for your reply.

Can you tell me (or address me to a document) the correct configuration for multisite?
Is there a configuration file to check?

    Thanks in advance.

    Stefano.

Hello, on January 3, “lastest search words” also stopped working on my site (with the exception of two sets of words out of several hundreds of referrals); “Search engine referrals” still works. My site was not migrated to multisite. Could someone please look into this question. Thanks
