How to Disable Thumbnails animation

    I used animated images as my WordPress thumbnail.but unfortunately I don’t want to use them anymore.how can I stop/disable animation on my thumbnails?can you please help me

    It depends on how the animation is accomplished. If it’s a .gif file, you need to replace the file. If animation is by CSS or JS, the relevant code needs to be removed. If the code was introduced by a theme or plugin, it may have a setting to disable the animation so you don’t need to manually find and remove the related code.
