Add Option to Remove jQuery in WooCommerce

Hi, I like your plugin, but would like to use it without jQuery with WooCommerce.

My setup doesn’t require jQuery besides on the cart page and checkout page, and I hope to do away with that usage once some other plugins are compatible with the new WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks.

It looks like the limitations in using this plugin revolve around the following features:
– Tracking classic e-commerce (there is already an option to remove this)
– Tracking variable products on their detail pages.
– Initiate codes in WooCommere Quick View
– Codes for Google Ads dynamic remarketing (there is already an option to remove this)
– Scroller tracking in analytics-talk-content-tracking.js

Would there be a way to add options for not using these features that require jQuery listed above? I could be over simplifying it, but I think if I had options for these users would benefit if they didn’t want to run jQuery.
