    Hi,

I am seeing this message on my page “Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected. See our?troubleshooting guide?to learn more or contact support.”

I did go through the troubleshooting guide and added the code that was shown in the box but it is still the same issue. It was gone for 5-6 mins and then it reappeared again.

    Please help.

    thank you

  • Hey @balmyquotes – Thanks for reaching out!

Usually, the Javascript error message shows if there’s a caching plugin installed on the website that causes some conflict. I looked into the website,?and I see you’re using WP Rocket caching plugin. When you have some time, please try the steps shared in our doc here and let me know if that helps.

    Kindly,

    Hi @balmyquotes,

I am Nik, jumping here on behalf of Prashant. We have not heard back from you in a while. I also went on and checked the form on your homepage and I was able to submit it successfully.

Here is a reference screencast — Looks like the issue has been resolved.

I am going ahead and closing this thread. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to reach out us here.

    Thanks.
