Horrible header layout in Astra…

    According to a search here, the hundreds of forum threads on the Astra theme do not contain ONE single message about ‘header’… Strange!

    I just activated Astra on my website, and it looks awful…:

    1. The height of the header is extreme, and filled with empty space – awful! And I can’t seem to find a way to change it. Headers should be slim, especially when you plan to make them fixed/sticky (which I know is only available in the paid version of Astra).
    2. How do I insert a header image – some call it a top-banner image or Hero image?
    3. How do I change the background color of the header?

    I check wordpress.transformation.dk, and it seems you have managed the space of the Header.

    2) How do I insert a header image – some call it a top-banner image or Hero image?
    You can simply use the Cover Block to do that, right?

    3) How do I change the background color of the header?

    1. Yes, that has been solved. ??
    2. I think you are talking about inserting an image on ONE page or post. But I would like to insert it on ALL pages and posts at once. I have tried setting a background image for the Astra ‘Below Header’, but the Below Header is not being shown on my site, probably because there is no OTHER content, beside the background image… (On top of that, I want different images for different languages. In the Sydney theme, that was done with Additional CSS. I have the WPML multi language plugin.)
