Export / Import orders/clients

Hello there,
I need to copy a production website to a staging environment to work on a new version of the website. After 1-2 weeks, I’ll migrate the staging website to the production server and replace the production DB with the staging DB. I don’t want to loose all the new WooCommerce orders from these 1-2 weeks, so I need to export/import all the latest orders made on the production website to the staging website. How can I do this?
I also need to keep new customers…
