• Hi,

    This is the second time today an image has been stretched horizontally on this blog.

    https://all-the-very-best.com/gift-for-kids-remote-control-moon/

    As you can see, an oval shaped moon doesn’t look too good.

    And when I check the library, the image is fine. But it appears stretched in the edit window and on the blog.

    Both times was when the image was placed in the center above the text.

    How can I stop this please?

    If it helps, the link above only just started doing it. It was fine earlier, and nothing was changed.

    thanks

  • Your image is 260×260, but the HTML on the page is saying to display it with

    height=350 width=400

    You need to figure out whether those attributes on the image tag are something you can change in the post editor or if they’re coming from somewhere else in the theme.

    Hi Converting2wp,

    Thank you, I will have a look.

    OK my guest blogger has been changing the size of the images by using the percentage button from clicking on the image edit icon, instead of determining the size of the image when first submitting it.

    Adding the image normally displays the image fine, but I thought I’d say what the problem was in case it helps anyone else.

    thanks
