Site Kit + Google Analytics 4 + Ecommerce tracking

    Hey guys. I was wondering if it is possible to track ecommerce using the Site Kit plugin? I’ve searched the forum, but only found a 10 month old topic about roughly the same. At that time there was no solution to tracking ecommerce through Site Kit. But maybe it’s been added by now?

    If it is not possible to track ecommerce in GA4 using the Site Kit, please can you advise how i would then track ecommerce in GA4? Would i still have Site Kit active, and just install another plugin – or what should i do.

    Hi @andersjytzler,

    Thanks for reaching out. Site Kit doesn’t have any inbuilt ecommerce features. You can configure event tracking for your store using Tag Manager, or you can use another plugin with ecommerce features.

    There is also an?open GitHub issue?below which you can subscribe to in relation to enhanced ecommerce integration, although there is no certainly or time frame on this being added to the plugin at present.

    With regards ecommerce in GA4 specifically, the below guide may be of use. Configurations for ecommerce are not possible within Site Kit:
