Product add on is showing more than I have selected

we have no issue before we installed the updated last week. We have type in the search key words to look for the product we want to put in bought together, for examples, there is 10 result show in the search bar, I have only selected 1 item and click update. but after the page load, the selected item changed from 1 item to 10 items that show in search bar earlier. and I have to manually delete one by one to make the selected item show correctly.

Please help to fix the issue as soon as possible.
