Microsoft (outlook/hotmail) not loading images but will load background

I am a new MP user. Sent test messages to a small group to check deliverability… all is well except for microsoft users (hotmail/outlook). Some images not loading… background images ARE loading, but my images from my blog/wordpress are NOT; also, the social buttons (facebook, etc.) that I selected in the MP form to display are NOT loading but leaving a “?” image placeholder. I read the page in Knowledge Base of known issues and this doesn’t seem to fit those scenarios.

EDITED to add: a yahoo user reported the same issues. But a second yahoo user said no problems. I’m stumped! Help!
