Your site cache is working as per the source code data:

    — Cache Enabler by KeyCDN @ Fri, 20 Jan 2023 16:01:17 GMT (https-index.html) —

The Settings “Expiration” time seems to make little difference unless the site is very busy or is very often updated, but that can be hard to recognise from the Dashboard cache size alone.

The “Clearing” options have more effect on the cache size and performance than the “Expiration” time. Thus on a busy site, with the cache emptied on a new posting or edit, that can render the “Expiration” time settings effectively redundant.

    Hope this helps. Regards!
