FIlters shows no results on category page

  • Hello,

    • I installed the plugin and ran successfully the Re-init variations from the tools options.
    • Product variations are visible on the category pages as I wanted.
    • I also hidden the parent products correctly. https://ibb.co/6bVXJgj
    • The problem is that when I click on a filter (e.g. colour), I see no products available on the category page.
    • So instead of having this as the only result of the selected colour filter –>https://ibb.co/8KXMSfB, I have this –> (empty page) https://ibb.co/6bVXJgj

    Seeing from the open cases, many people have this problem. Is there any fix for this?

  • I am having this issue too. I’ve just disabled the filter widget for now, but I’d love to get it working eventually.

    I just realised that this is probably due to the filter working on products, and we have hidden all variable products to only show variations. Still, it would be nice if it could be made to work.

    You can re-init variations data to make it works with product category/tag. This process may take a while through “Re-init variations” tool in the back-end settings of WPC Show Single Variations for WooCommerce

    @miemie we both said that we have already tried that. Had there been an update that means it now works with filters (filters work on product attributes rather than taxonomies).
