Tell a Friend Form type of Plugin ?

Hi,

i am looking for a word press plugin which would actually places a TEll a Friend form with multiple recipents support.

I tried ipassion’s tell a friend plugin.. any other plugin would be appreciated. The custom message should be changeable in the Admin page. If you can find me a similar plugin like my requirement i would be very thankful for it as i am searching for the past two days and no luck..
