Cannot delete galleries

    FTGG: 3.5.5

    I realize that you noted, previously, that you cannot replicate the issue, but it is not just my own site that is having this issue. I see this was an issue a few years back and again a few years before that. I’m using the free version of FTGG. I can’t delete galleries. I have previously installed Health Check & Troubleshooting (now ver 1.5.1) and the site shows no issues. I also have installed:

Used latest version of iOS with associated version of Safari
and on Win 10
Chrome: 108.0.5359.126 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox: 108.0.2 (64-bit)
I have tried these browsers in normal, Private/Incognito mode, and with all extensions disabled. After clicking the delete gallery link, I've zoomed out using extensions disabled and it is simply a gray overlay with no popups (such as a delete confirmation box). I can click anywhere and it removed the gray overlay. I have tabbed around thinking it might be a non-displaying box but it shows highlighted links being selected and displaying in the status bar. I disabled all plug-ins save for the Health plug-in and the FTGG plug-in. The results have been the same.

    Any help appreciated.

    I just double checked and unfortunately we cannot replicate the same behavior. If only a couple users have this issue, it’s most likely something on the site that is causing it.

    You mentioned you already have that troubleshooting plugin installed. Did you activate it and checked only with FTG active? No other plugins and a default WordPress theme (twenty twenty-two for example).

    Does the same thing happen?

    I just installed all the plugins you mentioned and it seems it’s coming from this plugin: Buy Me a Coffee. I recommend disabling it, and it should work afterwards.
