Analytics Attributes no data showing

Thanks for sending the system report, I could not find any red flag on it.

Can you please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Clear analytics cache, to see if that helps to resolve the issue?

Then, you can re-import the data from the Analytics → Settings section.

It is a good idea to check under WooCommerce > Status → Scheduled Actions to see if there is any stuck action that could be affecting the analytics.

Thanks for your quick reply. I now cleared the analytic cache. In the next step to re-import the data, somehow it’s hanging on the status finalizing.

There are a lot of pending tasks on your site. Please try to run them manually one by one. This could be the reason that importing historical data on your site got stuck.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thanks for the explanation. Things are looking good now in the scheduled action. It has now become less. At the moment, 50. See also the fatal errors.

I contact my hosting for the critical Out of Memory error, and they say that their limit is 2?GB. To be sure, I also checked the wp-config.php and editing the following line from “define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M‘);” to “define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);” I had made this change on January 25. And January 28 the error was still there. I think it has to do something with the cache. But after January 28 there are no fatal-error showing anymore.

After all the change I made, I still cannot filter on attribute.

I understand that the error still persists ever after trying to fix the root cause of the fatal error logs.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
