Webs services not always processed

I have a set up webservices for the forms on the above website, sometimes the ones completed on the contact page are not processed via the webservice but others are.

It does seem to be some kind of SPAM filter.

I get emails for each enquiry, and as such, I can see when the form is submitted.

So I can see when an email comes through that has not fired the web service.

If I test the contact form straight after to see whether there is an issue the webs service is fired BUT if if I then retest the form and use the same content in the Texarea box from the initial failed email, the web service does not work.

Seems like the text in the text area is affecting the webservices working or not.

Is there a way to get the Webservices to fire EVERY time and not depend on the text in the text area box?
