elementor shoppage won’t display correctly

    Can’t seem to get support from elementor. My shop page with elementor and woocommerce doesn’t display correctly. i have followed elementors steps to fix issues such as deactivating plugins, changing themes, updating all plugins and themes, updating all my URLs, and more. problems still remain. how can I fix this issue?

    another question, why can’t i see all the elementor templates i have created for my shoppage on woocommerce shop page categories?

  • Hi,

    To troubleshoot the issue please try this guideline:

    1. Make sure you use the most updated versions of Elementor, \, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t apparent that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure. (Make sure to back up your site).
    2. Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.  (Make sure to back up your site).
    3. Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard. Click the Advanced tab and switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
    4. Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, and other plugins’ cache (I Make Changes and Nothing Happens).
    5. If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from the Elementor plugin\. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
    6. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.
