Unable to upload PDF

  • My site will no longer allow me to upload PDF files. They are small files and worked just a few days ago. I have tried recreating the documents and have searched forums and can’t find a solution that works. I am attempting to upload them to my Media Library so I can then add the url to the appropriate pages on my site. My site is current. I’m not sure what else to try.

  • What exactly happens when you try to upload a PDF file? What is the error message that you’re getting?

    “Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.”

    The file does not upload. I have been able to upload other document types, just not PDF.
