Synch WordPress ZenDesk form to Smart List

  • How do I synch a WordPress ZenDesk form to a smart list that is already made? I have a ZenDesk contact list I’d like to add to from a WordPress form that I’ll be adding from the Request Form for Zendesk plugin.
