    Hi

    Is export of the forms supposed to work in the free version? Mine seems to redirect to
    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rednaoeasycalculationforms_export_form&_nonce=098ae4e054&data={“FormId”:”2″}

    Errors with Access denied. I can see that entries and exporting them is a paid feature.

    I am trying to move it to a staging sever as I’m get a big red X and Close when submitting. Various jquery issues in the browser console log but no idea if related to the form submission.

    Thanks

    Hello!

    It should work fine in the free version, the plugin should redirect you to a page within your site that should export the form. just tried with a clean WordPress install and using the free version and it is working fine. Maybe your hosting is blocking the request for some reason?

    OK. Well I disabled alot of plugins that could be affecting security, links etc. Still same. Disabled the form plugin, re-enabled, refreshed admin page and a zip file was able to be downloaded. So not sure what caused that. Re-enabled the plugins required again and it still works.

    Trying the form still give a Red X at endso I’ll try that on a different install.

    Thanks

    Got it, for the red x when submitting, could you create another topic and detail the steps to reproduce the issue please?

    I think it was something to do with the Restrictions, I cleared out “Limit the number of times the form can be submitted” and “Limit the number of times the same value on a field can be submitted” or something to do with the file upload, but it then worked OK.

    Is there a way to get error messages, I have debug set, but couldn’t see any direct messages anywhere.

    Thanks for your prompt help and assistance – much appreciated.

    If nothing was logged probably that “Access” denied thing blocked the request before the plugin could process it, maybe a firewall rule in your site or something?
