Possible issue with cache plugins
-
Hello, I’m using your plugin with the Divi theme and Lite Speed cache plugin (everything is the latest version) and from time to time my customers have issues with Amazon Pay payment method. Some of them are not able to change their shipping address, but most of them just get orders in “Pending payment” status and then the orders are cancelled due to timeout. I was not able to reproduce the issue but many of my customers did have it. Interesting fact: It may be so that if they try to pay the second time it may go through. I was not able to get details, that’s all I know. But here is a screenshot of one of the bad orders: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qsf93mukrqv8o9f/Screenshot%20-%20Amazon%20Pay%20issue.jpg?dl=0
I believe that it may be somehow related to the cache plugin I use. Of course, the basket and checkout pages are excluded from being cached, but it may be so that your plugin uses some other URLs which need to be excluded from cache as well. Please don’t make me create a ticket on the official Woo website, instead please advise what URLs I can try to exclude (or do what ever) in order to fix payment issues with Amazon Pay.
