I didn’t ask for FTP access.

I am unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin. Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not?
