Second slug/template for single-job

Hello,
is it possible to get a second slug for single-job listing?

I want to achieve the following. We included a form to our single listing pages (with description, salary, city, etc.) but also looking for an option to link from social media only to the form (with job-name). So I was thinking about getting a second slug with another template. One for the normal listing with every information and inline form and another one only for the form with with the job-name. So this must be “linked” with the normal job-listing (same post-id).

I hope you understand what I mean and can help me to get into the right direction. Thanks!
