    Hi,

I am not able to replicate your issue. The invoice UI layout is showing up properly on my Edge browser in Windows laptop. Please see my screen-cast Edit Invoice Layout (usebubbles.com)

We need to be able to replicate your issue in order to fix it. Please use modern browser such as Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.

If you are still facing issue, please let me know the browser you are using and your view port size.

It may also be an issue cause by third party plugin or your theme’s style codes. You can troubleshoot by using steps in the following documentation. https://projectopia.io/docs41/troubleshooting-steps-for-cache-plugin-conflict-and-theme-conflict/

    Thank you

    Hello

I tried to detect the origin of the problem, applying the general recommendations:

    • I cleared all cache possibilities. From the Litespeed cache and autoptimize plugin, from the server, I deleted the files.
    • I disabled all other plugins. Only Projectopia remained active.
    • I changed the theme.
    • I changed the Php version to 7.4, to 8.0 to 8.1
    • I accessed from different browsers: chrome, firefox, operates in normal mode and incognito its latest version
    • I tried from the cell phone in PC mode

My working environment is Windows 11, screen resolution 2560 x 1440.

The cpanel is on php 8.1 with MariaDB

Still the same. I really don’t know what else to do.

I appreciate if you can help me

    Hi,

I am afraid you have done all the troubleshooting steps and there does not seem to be any issue with your environment. Your issue remains a mystery to me. I am not able to replicate it on my staging website.

In this case, I am sorry but I will not be able to help because I will need to physically troubleshoot your issue in your website, but this is not possible on this forum.

By the way, I notice you have a previous support ticket ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-save-invoice-template-2/ ) which you have mentioned that you have edited some source code. If you have edited anything that will affect the invoice UI, please remove your custom edit and redo again.

I am sorry, that’s all I can provide for this issue.

    Have a nice weekend.

    Thank you
