Can’t get the content closer to header in mobile version

Hi! I’m on the Sydney theme. When I go into settings and then to page settings and then the style tab… In desktop mode when I adjust the top margin to a negative number all the content gets closer to the header, which is what I wanted. But when I click the little monitor icon next to the margin settings and change it from “desktop” to “mobile” and lower the top margin settings to a negative number the same way I did for desktop, everything goes up. Including the header. All I want to do is not have such a big gap between the header and the content on mobile devices, but it’s not working like it does for desktops. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!
