I can’t copy folders with large files

Hello, I have a global problem since I installed the plugin about a month ago. When I want to copy parent folders (4 GB) with child folders and files it is interrupted and delays the upload.

The file upload abort message is: “Could not create temporary file for upload.”

I did these temporary file folder steps with this help link: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-missing-a-temporary-folder-error-in-wordpress/ , but without any success.

I tried the File Manager plugin, and it lets me copy the indicated folder (4 GB) without problems and in a short time.

I hope the problem can be solved, it is an excellent plugin with the feature of PDF file viewer and its own home directory (URL) of FTP files.
