• Earlier today I had to deactivate this plugin to debug an issue with another plugin. Upon reactivating, the connection to Cloudflare seems to be broken (red cloud) and the main cache menu doesn’t seem to be displaying.

Isn’t there supposed to be a large module with ‘enable cache’ and ‘test connection’ etc? I thought it usually displayed above the menu tabs?

As a result, I can’t seem to find a way to relink to Cloudflare. Do you know what’s happened here?

    Hi @audiofoundry,
This is super odd and I have never ever seen of heard of this. Can you try deactivating and activating the plugin from the WP Admin > Plugin section and check if that section shows up or not?

If not, then without looking at the back end of the website it would be impossible for me to see what’s going on here. Maybe someone added some CSS to hide that section? I don’t know. But I can assure you that this plugin is not doing this. Things should look like this: https://i.imgur.com/vIZQH6B.jpeg

    Hi Saumya,

Thank you for getting back to me on this. I don’t know why, but it seems that it is the plugin ReviewX that is causing this error.

Deactivating ReviewX allows your menu module to return. Very weird! Maybe they have put something in a recent update that conflicts with your plugin.

I will let them know that this is happening and hopefully they can patch this.

    Hi @audiofoundry,
yes it seems that some code in their recent update is causing the conflict. Let them know about it and I am sure they will fix the issue.
