Register: Filter User Email Allowlist

hi there,
i asked myself if its possible to list a set of domains where a user can not use it in its email address.

so if a user wants to register with an email address like [email protected] and blocked-domain.com is in the list of blocked domains he can not register and gets an error.

i reasearched how to do it myself like so:
