500 Server Error in Console

  • Trying to set this up again, after it broke previously (see other post) – I updated all plugins relating to this, along with WP Core. Details below:

    CF7 version: 5.7.3
    CF7 Redirect version: 2.7.0
    WP Core: 6.1.1

    I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins (aside from CF7 and CF7 Redirect) and using twenty-twenty theme, but still getting the issue.

    The issue is when adding new redirect to the form, it throws a 500 internal server error in the console.
