Multisite issues

  • Hi WP Armour

    I have used your plugin on many of my sites with great succes. I use mostly use Elementor as a pagebuilder and have had no issues.

    I recently installed WP Armour on an older multisite using WPBakery as page builder, and it resulted in the forms not being able to send.

    There seems to be issues initializing the plugin on multisites. Is there a way to manually get it working? or do you have an update coming, fixing this issue?

    @andreas22,

    For extended version to work, you need to active the plugin in multisite and update the license in each single site. Have you done that ? Or are you using only lite version ?

    I’m using the lite version. I didn’t know there was an extended version.
    Does the lite version not work for multisites?

    Lite version works well with Multi site. Extended version is not needed.

    Can you send me the link where i can find the form so that i can check why it is not working.

    Hi,

    I have the same problems on a multisite using the extended plugin.

    The plugin is active but is not shown in the left column at the backend.
    So I can’t configure it.
    Also I can’t put in my Activation Code for the extended version.

    Are our both lite and extended version of the plugin network active ?

    No only the extended version version 1.18. It’s activated for the whole network but not shown at the left column of the WP-backend.

    There is only the hint “For WP Armour Extended to work, you must activate WP Armour?. Please activate it.”

    I think it collides with the Jetpack Protection. But this is only an idea. In fact I can’t deactivate Jetpack on our multisite.

    You need to activate both lite and extended version. As extended version extends the features from our lite version.
