Newby Q trackbacks

Hey I am trying to learn wordpress and I wanted to clarify the trackback url.

I know that a new post allows me the option to insert it on the new post page. However, where do I find this trackback url? It is not the url in the box of your internet browser is it? Or is it located somewhere else?

I checked a few blogs and could not find it.
