Bug WP amCharts plugin

  • Hello everybody,

    I request your help as the WordPress amCharts plugin doesn’t seem to work anymore for some charts. On my website I had several amcharts, and for few days some of them are not displayed anymore, like bar chart race and stacked bar chart, while I have not changed anything on the website for weeks.

    You can try to use the WP plugin with the code of the bar chart race shared on the Chart Demos – amCharts’ page, and you will se that when you click on “preview chart or map”, nothing is displayed. Just a blank space and the amCharts logo. Do you know what I can do? Do you have the same issue?

    Your help would be very very appreciated.

    That sounds like an amCharts issue rather than the one with plugin.

    If you have an amCharts support subscription, try contacting the helpdesk at [email protected] for assistance in figuring this out.

    PS. I check the page you linked to, it contains one chart, and it seems to be working fine.
