Is there a setting I am overlooking that will automatically add the product image to the Google Merchant Feed Section of the Document SSO “Edit Media Tab”?

We are trying to use XML to feed products to Google Merchant with this plugin but only 1% of our roughly 1300 products are loading images properly.

Looking at one specfici product, it’s fixed, not variable and in the “Schema Markup and Google Rich Results” section the proper image is showing but there is no image in the “Google Merchant Feed XML (Main Product)

Is there a way to make this happen automatically? Cannot do this manually for 1300 products.

    Thanks!

When editing a product, WPSSO GMF (and the WPSSO Core plugin) will let you know if they were not able to get an image from WordPress that is large enough, etc. When editing a product that does not have an image in the feed XML, what warning/error messages are you seeing in the SSO notification section of the top toolbar?

    js.

Not seeing any warnings/error messages. For now tho, this can be marked as resolved, my boss and I are trying a few things and he will reach out to you if the issue persists.

Boss figured it out after reaching out to you directly and getting a suggestion, so I’ll put the solution here incase others stumble upon this.

The issue was that many of our images (until recently) are 800×800 and google merchant requires 1200×1200.

There is a setting under Advanced Plugin Settings “Integration” tab “Maximum Image Upscale Percent” we had this set to 33% for some reason, we changed it to 100% so it will scale up to whatever is required by each specific platform (google, fb, twitter etc) and the image links are now being included in the XML output.

    Thanks!
