My woocommerce store now show “coupon that does not exist” error when I am using Safari browser even I already created the coupon. But I can apply the coupon when using Chrome.

    Before:
    1) Using a shared webhosting (SiteGround)
    2) Create a coupon code “tq10”
    3) The coupon code “tq10” can be applied on woocommerce store when using both Google Chrome and Safari

    After:
    1) Using a cloudhosting (Cloudways + DO)
    2) Create a new coupon code “newtq10”
    3) The new coupon code “newtq10” can be applied on woocommerce store when using Google Chrome BUT not on Safari (show error “coupon that does not exist”
    4) The old coupon code “tq10” can be applied on woocommerce store when using both Google Chrome and Safari.

Does changing hosting have any issue with Safari? Because the coupon code function normally when using Google Chrome.

    What I’ve done:
    1) Clear cache, refresh the safari browser
    2) Create a few more coupon code, but all showing the “coupon that does not exist” error when using Safari, Google chrome work fine.

    Kindly help.

  • Hello,

I understand when using Safari browser the coupon is not working.

To check better, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report, you can locate it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Thank you.
