Link by Stripe not available

Hello,

I do not have see an option to activate Link by Stripe.
I have enabled “the new checkout experience”.
I have enabled Link in Stripe’s settings.

I see that this article says: Link by Stripe is available to US merchants only, but Stripe support advised to get in touch with you as there might be a workaround.
