• I am running 2017 theme. I just recently updated my PHP to 8. As soon as I did that I noticed compatibility issues. I received an email from a customer trying to make a purchase on my web site that would not let him complete the transaction. I rolled my PHP back and it worked fine. I tried disabling all my plug-ins (minus woo commerce and my credit card authorizer) and my child theme and it still did not work. I changed to a different theme just to test with all my plug-ins on and it worked fine. This leads me to believe it is a compatibility issue with the them itself. Before I go through the work of finding a new them, creating a child and all the other work that goes along with that, I was hoping there may be an easier answer.

I am not a programmer or developer, just a small store that I run myself. I can do some very basic coding but nothing extensive.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @thelapara when you only have the theme active with all other plugins including WooCommerce and the card authorizer do you have any issues?

To narrow down the issue can you please deactivate these two plugins’ interchangeability as well to see which one is conflicting with the theme?
